Enough from me. Let’s hear from the sellers …

SELLER SAYS:

Our most favorite things about the home: Our little courtyard between the house and the garage is our most favorite space. We relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine. We play with the puppy out there. We have friends join us for BBQs. Being an end-unit, we also have a great view of the mature trees, the space has been landscaped to meet our needs as a “no maintenance yard.” It’s cozy, private and is our oasis!

What we love most about Charlotte: The culture is Charlotte is amazing! So many things happening for all likes. We can catch a sporting event, hit the local brewery scene, try some great food from local options (some featured on Food Network’s Diner’s Drive-in’s, and Dive’s). We can head to the Symphony in the Park or catch a Broadway show. We love the farmers markets all around town, lake life on the North and South ends of town.

We’re also a quick 2-hour drive to the mountains or a 3-hour drive to the beach. And it’s great going oversees on vacation by way of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, providing plenty of direct flights!

What we love most about the Bryton neighborhood: It is very quiet, close to plenty of shopping, and easy access to I-485 and I-77 to get almost anywhere you need to go in the Charlotte area. We love the neighborhood park and the neighborhood pool. Everyone is sooooo friendly, too. And, if you have school-age kids, you can walk to Blythe Elementary, the North Academy of World Languages and North Mecklenburg High School. How awesome is that!?!

Our favorite restaurants: Start your day with a great breakfast at Famous Toastery — there are several in the area to choose from. Then for dinner, we tend to head over to 131 Main and sit by the fire with a glass of wine and enjoy a very relaxed atmosphere with dark woods and muted lighting.

Our grocery store: We are fans of Food Lion’s great prices, but Harris Teeter and Publix are nearby too. Oh, did I mention there are 2 of each within 4 miles of the house?!!!! 🙂
